What is TaskShift?
TaskShift is a global business process outsourcing marketplace. Through our platform, clients can easily outsource their business processes to service providers, well suited for the tasks they want to outsource. Service providers, on the other hand, can look for projects suited to their expertise. You can outsource your call center campaigns, data entry services, etc. Please see the complete list of services you can outsource.

How does TaskShift ensure payment security?
When a client assigns projects, they are required to create milestone payments that are kept with us in an escrow account until the work is done. The client or the service provider cannot access those funds until there is a mutual agreement from both parties.
Is it safe of use TaskShift?
Indeed, we take the security and privacy of your data very seriously. Our data policy follows strict guidelines and our infrastructure and application have high standards of security.
Can I join TaskShift as an individual or do we have to be a business / company?
Yes, you can join TaskShift as an individual and outsource your campaign or provide your services. Howerever it is important that you verify your identity. At TaskShift, one of the ways we maintain quality is by verifying all of our partners.
What payment options does TaskShift support?
TaskShift currently supports payment options through Credit and Debit Cards only. We will be adding Stripe payment method very soon.
What are Milestones?
It is the breakdown of your project in small sets of deliverables against each Milestone. When the deliverable is delivered / completed, Clients can release the payment for that particular Milestone to the Service Provider. The total of all of your Milestones are charged to your Credit Card and deposited in TaskShift's Escrow Account. For example, after agreeing to pay per Sale, you can create Milestones for those Sales. You will only release the Milestone when you have confirmed the sale. This route offers security to both Clients and Service Providers. TaskShift recommends you to not accept any projects without Milestones, created by the Client.
What is the refund process?
Once a Milestone is created, it cannot be cancelled without the dispute process and agreement from both parties. This ensures a fair dealing and reduces the chances of scams /frauds. If for any reason the Service Provider did not deliver you the agreed outcome, Client can raise a dispute against a Service Provider. If the dispute results in the Client's favor then the amount will be returned to the Client's wallet.

Why is it necessary to share my location on my profile?
To ensure transparency throughout the process, TaskShift will display your location on your public profile. This will only add value to your project and will show that the party behind the project is trustworthy.
What is the criteria for registering my company on TaskShift?
"In order to register your company on TaskShift, your company needs to be registered in the location where you're operating. TaskShift requires you to verify your email, contact number, identity and company details."
How does the platform work?
Our platform has verified Clients and Service Providers from all over the world . Clients post their requirements in the form of a project. For e.g. if you have a call center campaign to run and are interested in outsourcing it, then you post your project with all the required details. Service Providers will browse through open projects and submit their offers as per their expertise. Clients will then have the opportunity to review all offers and make contact with the Service Providers over our Chat Messaging System. Clients are free to select and award the Project of a particular Service Provider who they consider right for the job.
What does "Payment Verified" means?
"Payment Verified" means that the person in question has made some sort of payment on the portal. The payment could either be for a Milestone or for some other service.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
What is KYC and why is it needed?
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a legal requirement that refers to the verification process of the identity of customers/clients either before or during the start of doing business with them. KYC is done as a precaution against illegal activities like money laundering, bribery, or corruption. It helps the government and businesses keep track of such activities and avoid them beforehand.
Please note that you will not be able to withdraw any funds from your account if KYC requirements are not fulfilled.
What are the requirements for KYC for Corporations or Companies?
The required documentation will depend on your business type. However, it would not be required if the owner's legal name is included in the company name.
You must upload a colored photo of one of the following documents, according to your business type:

What if we would like to authorize an employee on our behalf to look over the account?
For authorized representatives for corporates or company accounts, a letter with a letterhead that names the user as a Trustee or an Authorized Representative is also required. It must be signed by the CEO, or by the company’s director.
Is there a general guideline for documents?
Make sure to observe the following when submitting your documents:
Documents such as passports and licenses should not be expired.
Document details must not be handwritten.
Documents must not be altered or edited in any way.
The documents should be colored image scans or colored digital photos with high-quality resolutions. Photocopies and black and white scans or photos are not acceptable.
Do not crop, adjust image colors, or alter the file in any way.
Both the front and back of an ID card must be submitted.
The files must be in the following formats: JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF or PDF. They should also be less than 100MB in size.
If you are submitting an e-bill or an e-bank statement, the PDF copy should not be password-protected.
The image dimensions must be at least 500 x 300 pixels.
Submission of fake or altered documents will result in account closure and may lead to legal actions.
What are the requirements for KYC for Individuals?
Selfie
Photo of yourself, with your entire face visible.
Remove any accessories such as glasses when taking your picture.
The Photo should be well lit and in focus.
The Photo of an existing picture or computer screen is not suitable.
Proof of Identity
Identification documents can be one of the following: ID card, passport or driving license
The document should include full name, date of birth and a picture of yourself.
Thes photo should cover the full document and clearly show the required information.

Proof of Address
Proof of address document can be one of the following: bank/credit card statement or a utility bill.
Electricity, Gas, Landline and Water utility bills are acceptable. GSM, TV/Satellite, Internet utility bills are NOT suitable.
The document should include full name, address, document date and name of the issuer.
The document should be issued within three months of the current date.
The photo should cover the full document and clearly show the required information.
The photo should be well lit and in focus.

Thank you for choosing TaskShift, and welcome to our community. We would like to list out some key pointers so you can draw attention from the right partners and have a pleasant experience outsourcing your business processes.
Create a descriptive project name. Service providers should be able to tell what you are looking for. For e.g Looking for a call center to run Pain Crème Sale.
Provide a detailed description. Be as descriptive as possible and add as many details as you can. Choose the right industry, sub-category, and skills, as most service providers use these criteria to comb through project listings.
Consider your budget selection carefully. Setting the right budget is the key to attract the right partners. Never set a budget higher than what you are willing to pay just to attract more offers. If you are not sure of the amount, mention in your project description that you are looking for a market check.
Allow enough time for offers. If your project is not urgent, do not rush to offers. Remember that the top service providers are usually the busiest, so you might lose some of the top talents if you set the offer time too short.
Can I assign a project to multiple service providers?
No. The current functionality limits you to select one service provider per project. If you wish to hire multiple service providers, you can use the feature “Post a Project Like this” to repost the same project.
How do you ensure that quality on your platform?
We take the quality of service providers and services very seriously. Giving reviews is mandatory after every project. It helps us monitor the service quality of every service provider. To maintain the highest standards of services, we remove service providers with 3 stars or below ratings.
To be equally fair with both the parties, we also filter out clients with 3 stars and below ratings.
What information would be displayed on my profile for the Service Providers to see?
As a Client TaskShift will display your City, Country, Amount Spent, and your Reviews with every project. Your real name, along with other personal details will not be shown on your public profile.
"Do I need to deposit a certain amount? How does the payment procedure work?
You don't need to deposit any amount in advance at TaskShift. It is only when you award a project to a Service Provider you will be required to create a Milestones payment. The total of all your Milestones will be charged to your Credit Card and deposited in our Escrow Account. Milestones can only be released by the Clients once the work against the Milestone has been delviered by the Service Provider.
Would it be safe to share my Credit/Debit card details?
It is completely safe to use your Credit Card or Debit Card on TaskShift because we do not save any Credit or Debit Card information with us. Any such information is processed by our payment processor over a secured channel. This information is not visible for the team at TaskShift.
How can you guarantee legitimate Service Providers?
TaskShift runs an identity, company verification, and quality controls check on the Service Providers. We have a dedicated department that works tediously to ensure quality on this platform.

How much does it cost to use TaskShift?
We are the most affordable business process outsourcing platform. Our sign up is free, and you do not pay for any offers. We only charge 7% of the project cost to cover our administration costs. It is a very small fee for the peace of mind you get.

How does TaskShift ensures that the service providers get paid for the completed job?
At the time of assigning the project, clients are required to create milestones and deposit the amount into our escrow account. It offers protection to both client and service providers, by giving them equal control over the milestone funds. Only clients can create and release them, and only service providers can cancel or return them to their clients.
How many offers do I get and how often?
Service providers get 12 offers per day and they are renewed every 24 hours.
Is there a limit on how many projects can a Service Provider offer per day?
To ensure that the project owners do not get bombarded with a plethora of unnecessary offers, we have limited Service Providers to 12 offers per day. We expect service providers to use these only for making offers on projects where they are sure that they can fulfill the agreement.
Can I buy additional offers?
Yes, each additional offer is 0.25 USD and is there for you in case you have found that right project.
How do I withdraw my earnings and how long does it take?
Once your funds reach the minimum amount required for withdrawals, you can request them to be withdrawn from your TaskShift account. You can have them withdrawn to any of these methods.
Click your profile picture thumbnail from the main menu bar. Then, choose Withdraw Funds under Finances.
Select your preferred method to receive your earnings. The available payment methods vary from country to country. We do not charge fees for withdrawing earned funds, except for Wire Transfers which include a $25 processing fee.
Provide the details required for your selected withdrawal method.
Indicate how much you wish to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 USD.
Click Withdraw Funds to submit your request.
For first withdrawals, it takes 12 days to clear your account before your withdrawal request is processed. Subsequent withdrawal requests will be processed within 7 working days.
How do you guarantee payment security?
Payment guarantee is ensured with project Milestones. It is expected that Clients create Milestones when awarding a project. Service Providers should not begin any work till the Milestone is created. This ensures that the Client has already deposited the amount in TaskShift's Escrow Account. Milestones are released to Service Providers by the Clients as the work is delivered. At TaskShift, we ensure a fair and transparent process for projects.
What is the process of enrolling as a Service Provider on your platform?
